The Professional Photographers of America (PPA) "NATIONAL AWARD" was presented to Dwayne Lee on Monday, September 21 at the Texas Professional Photographers Annual Convention.
Making the presentation was PPA President Ron Nichols (left) and last year's recipient Carl Clark of Pounds Photographic Labs (right).
