Something is wrong here

I'm having a hard time understanding what is happening in this country.

Take a look for yourself:

• You can have pornography on TV or the internet, but you can't have the Nativity scene in a public park.
• There are no criminals anymore, we now call them sick people.
• We use a human fetus for medical research, but it's wrong to use an animal.
• If we lie to Congress, it's a felony, but if Congress lies to us, it's just politics.
• If we dislike a black person, we're labeled as a racist, but if a black person dislikes a white person, it's their 1st Amendment right.
• The government spends millions to rehabilitate criminals, but does almost nothing for the victims.
• In public schools, homosexuality is OK, but you had better not use the word God in the process.
• Abortions are OK, but executing a mass murderer is wrong.
• Communism and socialism are gone, they're now called progressives.
• We can' closed our border with Mexico, but we do an excellent job of protecting the 38th parallel in Korea.
• Your labeled a "terrorist" if you protest President Obama's policies, but if you burned an American flag or George Bush in effigy, it was your 1st Amendment right.
• We take money from those who work hard for it and give it to those who don't want to work.
• We have freedom of speech, but only if we are being politically correct.
• We support the Constitution, but only when it supports our personal ideology.
• The land of opportunity has now become the land of hand-outs.

What has happened to the land of the free and home of the brave?
